Privacy notice

This notice follows the principles of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law: collect little, say why, keep it no longer than needed, and answer requests plainly.

Who is responsible

KOR Intelligence is responsible for the personal data collected through korintel.com. Questions and requests go to [email protected].

What we collect

The brief form on the contact page collects your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the topic you select, and the situation you describe. The partner application form collects the firm, a contact name, an email address, a category, a website if you give it, and your description of the work. We collect nothing else through these forms, and we do not collect data from this site in any other way.

Why we collect it

To answer your brief or your application, to judge whether we are the right firm for it, and, if you engage us, to prepare the engagement. The basis is the consent you give when you tick the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

How the forms send

At present the forms compose a message in your own email application, addressed to [email protected]. That message travels through your email provider under its terms. When a direct submission service is in place, this notice will be updated to describe it.

How long we keep it

Details that do not become an engagement are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you. Details that become an engagement move to the engagement file, which is governed by the engagement terms.

Who sees it

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your details outside KOR Intelligence without your agreement. The site is served through Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site; it may do so in more than one jurisdiction under its own safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. One preference, light or dark display, is stored in your browser's local storage. It identifies no one and never leaves your device.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. Write to [email protected] and we will act without undue delay.

Terms of use

The content of this site is general information about KOR Intelligence and its services. It is not advice, and no client relationship arises from reading it or from sending us a form. Advice is given only under a signed engagement.

The text, marks, and design of this site belong to KOR Intelligence. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; reproduction for commercial purposes needs our written permission.

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. Links to third-party sites are given for convenience and are not endorsements. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

KOR Intelligence provides business consultancy and research. It does not provide legal, tax, audit, or regulated financial services, and does not arrange, promote, or advise on securities, financing, or investments.

Where a brief touches those areas, we say so, and a licensed partner from the network takes that part under its own engagement.
